Early Saturday morning, police conducted a raid on a house in the 4200 block of 23rd street in Sacramento. Police arrested Khiry Malik Moore on suspicion of operating a dog fighting community. Khiry has also used several aliases, including Black Peter, Jack Hoffalot, and Young Shotta. Police also arrested a female suspect, who also ran the business with Moore.She would only identify herself as SMH. Moore used a dog named “Tito” as his prized fighting dog. According to the arrest warrant, Tito has killed over 14 dogs over a 2 year span. Tito has also damaged property, and has impregnated several other dogs in the area, part of Moore’s “forced breeding” scheme. Police are also looking for lady named “CC” who aided Moore in the forced breeding program.
