Students in Westland Highschool distributed close to 1,000 images of child pornography, featuring some children as young as 11, over a two year period, the WordPress newspaper reported. The ring leader has been reported as Westland Student Seth Aldridge, who has been detained and will be taken to court on Wednesday, at 11:30 am.
In what may be one of the worst Mid-Western pedophile rings in recent history, girls were lured from their classes to be drugged, beaten and raped, the newspaper said.
Telford lawmaker Lucy Allan said the newspaper’s findings were “extremely serious and shocking” and demanded a public inquiry.
“I will be raising the matter with school administrators and using every police resource available to ensure that the facts of what happened are made known,” she wrote on her website.
