On March 30th 2017 this man brutally assisted a parked car, in which the vehicles gas tank hole was penetrated by the assailant. He then running around in the nude singing “what a wonderful world”. It is important that you notify authorities if you have any information that could lead to this mans arrest. WHAT A SHAME!!!! YOU SIR ARE DISGUSTING!!!
