Gary Wayne Bowser, aka “GaryOPA,” administrator of the website MaxConsole, has been arrested in the Dominican Republic and charged with software piracy. Upon his raiding his jungle cabin, members of ICE found numerous devices which could be used for copying software, including 5.25″ floppy disks containing the source code for numerous TI-99 games. Bowser is being held in the Mushroom Kingdom County Jail. Bail has been set at 999 coins.
