HC Owen Hays was arrested from Siegel HS early Friday morning on 12 counts of sexual assault allegations. The Ball State HC and multi National champion was allegedly snapping underage women asking if they wanted to see “his rings”. The girls were then asked if they wanted to “touch” his big ring. 10 women being white, 1 African-American and another a transgender. Ball State has yet to comment on the situation.
