Aaron Ragoonanansingh was an Indian student at Hillview College, who was found murdered inside the ground floor washroom under mysterious circumstances on 21
March 2019 in El Dorado, Trinidad. His death was controversial, as it appeared that the murder happened to hide another unknown crime. The local police and the state government did not continue investigating the murder. However, after persuasion by the victim’s parents, and an intervention by the Supreme Court of Trinidad, the Central Bureau of Investigation took over the probe of the case on 23 April , 2019.
